Come join us every 4th Sunday at 2pm for some much needed time to talk through the highs and the lows of motherhood. Particularly what it means to be a Black mother in America. This group is dedicated to building a community of Black mother’s to share our life stories as women and mothers, using writing and discussion as a way to heal and be whole.

Facilitated by Yoni Light, Groove2Heal is a session focused on combining the healing practice of dance, and other wellness techniques.
