Black Women Heal returning in September! 

Looking for a place to begin or enhance your healing journey? Do you desire a loving, affirming community of Black Women? Black Women Heal, is a space dedicated to Black women, centering the voices that matter most… our own! By sharing experiences, engaging in discussion and healing techniques: we build community with our fellow sis’ in order to heal and find joy!


“Mama gotta have a life too!”

Come join us on August 23, 2020 and every 4th Sunday thereafter, at 2 pm for some much needed time to talk through the highs and the lows of motherhood. Particularly what it means to be a Black mother in America. This group is dedicated to building a community of Black mother’s to share our life stories as women and mothers, using writing and discussion as a way to heal and be whole.

This event is FREE and will have Artistically-Activated Childcare, provided by Kenna Camara-Cottman.

Black Women Speak- the podcast: is a space dedicated to the wellness, joy and freedom of the Black Woman. We unpack, unlearn and move towards liberation on our own terms- encouraging Black Women to say what’s on their minds and on their hearts, feeling no shame or guilt in doing so.


We provide free year-round programming that is open to all ages. We welcome all Black womxn of various religions, socio-economic backgrounds, sexual orientations and identities.
